The Culinary Arts major in the Bachelor of Arts at AUT will prepare you for a career in the culinary arts. This degree brings together essential culinary techniques, advanced theoretical concepts in food science, as well as practical and professional skills. There’s a strong emphasis on practical learning in this degree. You can also tailor the degree to your interests and include paper from related subjects such as hospitality, tourism or marketing.
